Question: Error when trying to change email: Uncaught exception in exposed API method:

I'm using usegalaxy.org and trying to change my email to a different email.

After I go into preferences and manage information and try to save setting with the new email it says "Uncaught exception in exposed API method:"

A previous post mentioned a similar problem but it was said that galaxy had a server update. I was wondering if that is currently the problem? Or if this is a separate issue how can I fix this?

Just tried it now and I'm still getting the same error message.
