What Galaxy are you trying to connect to? If you control the instance you should check your log, there should be details about the error.
where will be the logs , i did not get the logs yet ?
Which galaxy server are you trying to connect to? If it's a local server, it'll be in your paster.log or console, likely. If it's usegalaxy.org the error might be in our logs, etc.
