More details will help us to answer best:

Where are you using the tool? URL of server, if public, or cloud or local.

Which exact tool are you using? Common tool panel name if at http://usegalaxy.org, or tool name and URL to external public server, or a link to the Tool Send repo if using a local/cloud.

How was the tool executed? Through the user web interface (direct from the history or in a workflow?) or through your own API script?

Hi, I'm having the same problem but the github link doesn't seem to provide a resolution. Is there an update for this? Thanks.

The ticket will track progress as the development team (both core and community) triage, troubleshoot, and publish the tool fix. I will also make an internal request to have it looked it. Thanks for your patience! Jen, Galaxy team
