Question: How to share the data and tools to Local Galaxy server from galaxy.org site

I am facing lot of problems in uploading big size files(more than 2 GB) in galaxy.org site. But it is possible to do that in local galaxy server with admin authorization. but I am not finding any way to connect local galaxy server with galaxy.org site. I am also facing problems as some of the tools are not available in local galaxy instance so I am not able to run the workflow solely in local galaxy instance. Can anybody help me to sort out this problem. Thanks, Harjot

If you want to use your local instead, then it sounds like you still need to install more tools. https://new.galaxyproject.org/admin/tools/add-tool-from-toolshed-tutorial/
