Question: allocated quota? Why?

Have you also "purged" them? Your disk usage won't go down until then.

Disk usage was recalculated at http://usegalaxy.org and is now correct at 0% usage. This may have changed because of the other good advice about permanently deleting unneeded data. Let us know if you need more help. Thanks, Jen, Galaxy team

Try this: Go to: "Saved histories" --> "Advanced search" --> set "status" to all --> then you can permanently delete the data and free some space :-)
