Question: Unable To Queue Tophat'S Job For Execution

Hi, Dr. Jackson, 

We tried to config a local galaxy to run PBS jobs on our local cluster. We met the same error that "Unable to submit job". 

Could you elaborate how did you corrected the problem at the main server?

Hello,

It has been some time since this original problem. Would you please post a new question and provide some details about your configuration, Galaxy version, tools submitted as tests, and if this has worked previously or is a new issue (presenting after a server upgrade? tool update?). Our team will help to troubleshoot the issue.

We posted a question with all details on the galaxy-dev last Friday, but so far got no response.
