I started uploading a few fastq files. The first 5 uploaded in less than 15 minutes, no problem, but it's gotten stuck on the 6th file - it's been at 91% for over 20 minutes. I want to cancel and start again but can't see anyway to do that. I tried 'pause' but it says it will pause after the current file has uploaded, but that's precisely the problem!

Question: How can I cancel an upload?

Hello,
There are unexpected ongoing issues at Galaxy Main involving job processing. We hope to have this resolved within the next few days, if not sooner.
The job is queued. Allow it to process. Stopping and restarting will not make this go quicker. If it fails, re-run. Not all jobs will fail.
Updates will be posted in this thread as comments: https://biostar.usegalaxy.org/p/20733/#20743
Thanks, Jen, Galaxy team
