Question: (Closed) How backed up is the que?

Received a message about 4 hours ago stating there was a problem with the clusters causing delays in file submissions being processed. Essentially the message was things were fixed, but the que for submitted files may be backed up. I have been waiting nearly 3 hours for my wig file to start converting to BigWig. The system has not even examined the file prior to converting (still gray). Can someone please let me know if I should just write this off as the que being very long, or is there still a problem with processing submitted files? Very time consuming.
