Question: Very Slow galaxy Main server

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am a user of the online galaxy platform for analysing the RNAseq data. From yesterday, the main galaxy server went very slow. None of the task was completed after nearly ten hours and I even cannot upload my local files.

I tried to use the galaxy test server, however, some tasks kept going wrong even I have already successfully done them before by using the main server(Trimmomatic of the RNA seq data and MultiBamSummary).

Is there something happened with the galaxy platform? Please Please Please help.

Jobs weren't moving due to a recent infrastructure change (we added some new VMs to run Galaxy's job handlers), this has been fixed and jobs are running now. There may be some delays as Galaxy and the cluster work through the backlog of jobs. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for reporting this.
