Question: Stalled job/workflows at https://usegalaxy.org 9/24/2018 -- RESOLVED

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a registered user of the public Galaxy Server (main). All jobs I submitted yesterday are labeled as "Job is waiting to run" forever, even as simple task as upload some files. All the jobs are in gray colour.

Could you please let me know the possible reasons?

Yep, having the same problem with merging BAM files. Server also seemed slow last week

I have the same issue. File upload is not possible!

Jobs are now processing.

We appreciate everyone's patience while the backlog of existing submitted jobs are executed.

Please avoid deleting/rerunning as this will only place your new job(s) at the back of the queue, extending wait time.

If a job should end up failing (unexpected), try at least one rerun first to eliminate a server issue as the root cause, then review the troubleshooting help in our FAQs: https://galaxyproject.org/support/
