Question: Boxplots in Galaxy

Hi,

I am trying to run a boxplot bases on a fastq summary, the main issue is when I ran the boxplot an error message appears telling me that there is an Error running gnuplot. I am working with a galaxy on the cloud manage by cloudman. I want to ask if there is necessary to install something and how I would be able to do it?

Access your instance via command line (https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/CloudMan/FAQ#Command_line_access) and then you can just run these,

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install gnuplot
