Question: Will not restart paused jobs

Hi, I recently uploaded some single cell seq data. Galaxy paused when unpacking the gz files with an error that I had exceeded my quota but the quota is only 33.9 Gb. The history now shows that I am using only 13% of my quota but I cannot get Galaxy to resume the processing of the files. Choosing Resume Paused Jobs on the gear cog gives a message that paused jobs have been restarted but none of them do resume. Is there another way to get jobs resumed?

A paused upload job should is best completed by starting over and running the job again (instead of a resume). Please give this a try.
