Question: jobs in queue for too long

I started to run a workflow with many jobs recently. It ran very smoothly until yesterday but since yesterday, jobs (cufflink) were put in queue and haven't been making any progress for > 16 hours. The similar cufflink jobs for parallel samples were running smoothly and completed until just this started to happen. It's not weekend now so I guess the clusters are not too busy to cause this. Instead I believe something is wrong in the clusters?
