Question: Downloads of big data

Dear all, unfortunatelly my fastq files from RNASeq are already very large and become even larger by action of the groomer (15GB). In order to save space on my Galaxy account I want to download these files may be for later use. but to download in the nornal way takes ages and frequently fails. How can I use a FTPserver to download these files. Thank you very much for your answer Sincerely Bernd Dworniczak
