Question: Request-Uri too large on attempted install

I am trying to install deeptools in my stand-alone galaxy instances but when I attempt to install it through the "Galaxy test tool" admin option but I get a message that says "Request-URI Too Large The requested URL's length exceeds the capacity limit for this server." Anyone have any troubleshooting tips or anyone had this problem before?
