Question: History clean up

Hi Jennifer,

 

I am trying to clean up history in account (qiushuhao1985@gmail.com), there are no files and it shows 0GB, but unfortunately the usage space still reads as 41%. Can you please let me know, how I clear it up?

I recalculate disk usage and it remained at 103.8 GB. Check your deleted histories for any that are not permanently deleted. Saved Histories > Advanced search > status = all. 

You can also check "Histories Shared with Me" and unshare any not needed, as a fraction of those do count toward an account's quota. That said, 100 GB is a bit large for shared histories to be the only factor.

If you still have problems after that, write back and I can go in and let you know which need to be purged.

I have been trying to clean in account apereira@uark.edu and still facing the same problem. Eventhough the file shows permanebtly deleted from disk, is not freeing up space. Can you please look into it?
