Hi all,

I cannot see my history and saved datasets anymore but they are still using my quota. Even if the history is empty I see 47% of my quota full. Any explanation? Thank you!

Hi Hans,

I have checked all the things you recommend. This is not the first time I am using Galaxy. I was working on something and from one day to the other all my datasets disappeared (I had only one history). But I still see them filling my quota.

maybe the Galaxy team can double check your log in....

Hi Alessandro

Maybe you have more than one history? Try the 'view all histories' button in the top right corner.

(and make sure, you are logged in)

Hi, Alessandro

I've checked your account on usegalaxy.org and it looks like you've got one undeleted history with four undeleted datasets. Each dataset is around 30 GB large for a total of 120 GB which is about half of the 250 GB quota for registered users on main. So the quota seems to be correct - are you still having difficulty viewing the history?

If you still can't view the history, can you open the javascript console of your browser and see if there are any errors that are interrupting the rendering? Here's a previous comment that has links on how to open the javascript console in various browsers: C: CANNOT SEE MY SAVED HISTORIES

Do you see all your deleted and undeleted histories when viewing the 'saved histories' page? The gear menu above the history panel -> Saved Histories -> Advanced Search -> status: all

As another (more catch-all) possible solution that may help make the rendering work again, you can try logging fully out and logging back in. This can clear saved UI data saved in the browser and sometimes helps.

Thanks for the additional info and let me know if I should clarify.
