Hello Galaxy!

We recently had some sequencing done, and the data was put into a dropbox file for me to get.  Because of file size constraints in dropbox, the sequencing facility broke each fastq file into 7-10 smaller, zipped files.  I would like to recombine the files before analyzing using Galaxy.  Is there a tool in Galaxy that could be used to do this?  Thanks in advance!

Hello,

Load the data into Galaxy (using the dropbox URL to keep it simple). The files will be uncompressed when added to a history. Once all are present, use the tool Concatenate datasets tail-to-head to merge.

Thanks, Jen, Galaxy team
