Question: Ion Torrent data analysis using galaxy

Hi,

I am currently working on Ion Torrent PGM to generate sequence data. I know Ion torrent system generates FASTQ and SFF files. Can i use the FASTQ files directly for analysis in GALAXY. I wanted to know if Ion Torrent data can be analysed using galaxy.

Yes, this fastq sequence data can be used with Galaxy-wrapped tools.
