Question: Cloud instance of Galaxy

Hi!

Noob here.

I was just watching video 2-2: Galaxy on the cloud, and when this video was made, there was a Cloud tab on the top of the Galaxy mainpage in the video but  I don't see it now.  Is it still possible to create a cloud instance of Galaxy?
