possible: yes - as long as you mirror the filesystem and the database

easy: not at all (migration is often complex and you will quickly get out of sync)

why do you want to do this?

Need it to transfer to the cloud hosting. How to mirror the Galaxy database? is it in PostgreSQL or MySQL or the other one? Thank you.

If you need to ask this question you will certainly have difficulties performing the transfer. I recommend asking someone with sysadmin experience to do it for you or starting with a Galaxy on the cloud from a scratch (preferably using CloudMan - https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/CloudMan )
