Question: Launch a Galaxy Cloud Instance Bad Request

Hi all,

When I tried to copy my Amazon access key ID and secret access key to create a new cloud cluster, it always gives my an error(as "bad request"). Does anyone know how to solve this?

This can occur when there is a mismatch between the ID and Key, or if they are entered incorrectly (typographical error or truncation), or if the account is not active and valid. The first pass solution is to double check the values and then your account status.
