Hi,

I am using the main instance of galaxy usegalaxy.org) and I am trying to run a workflow that consists of cuffmerge + 3 inputs (my cufflinks outputs, reference genome and sequence data fasta files). I am able to select the input files, but when I try to run it, I keep getting the Internal Server Error (text below). I have tried to do this a few times over the last 15 hours (on two different computers over two different internet connections) and keep getting this error. I don't know how to proceed.

Thanks for any advice!

Hello,

The server was likely busy for a short time. Have you been able to move forward with your analysis by now?

Thanks, Jen, Galaxy team

Hi Jen,

Actually, I am still not able to move forward with my analysis. I've tried a few times over the last 40 hours at various time points. I get a different guru meditation number each time.

EDIT: It seems to work if I choose "Use Sequence Data: No" in cuffmerge, but not if I try to use sequence data. Am I maxing out my allowable resources? How do I complete this step in a more efficient manner?
