Question: After completing the upload using Get Data/Upload File the error appears: Failed: Bad Request (400)

If working at Galaxy Main (http://usegalaxy.org), make sure that you are using FTP for data that is over 2 GB in size. There were some server issues last week and again this weekend, so if you have not tried to upload again since then, try now.

If working somewhere else, the administrators of that instance should be contacted to see if there is a configuration or server problem.
