I've been running my tophat bam files through Picard tool CollectRnaSeqMetrics Version 1.126.0 on the usegalaxy.org server, but inexplicably it just stopped working earlier this week. Input is a dataset collection and I do not get any errors - the tool simply won't run - processes seem to be stuck in an indefinite queue. Any ideas why or how to resolve this problem. I have tried permanently deleting and rerunning the tool, but no improvement. Thanks!
