Question: Downloading tools from toolshed

I want to download a bam to fastq converter from Galaxy's tool shed, but don't want to have to download 20 other tools to do so. For example, I know Picard and Bedtools comes with a bam2fastq, but I don't want the whole package installed. There is one bam_to_fastq converter in the toolshed, but it hasn't been updated since 2011. Is there any way to download an individual tool from a package of tools like Picard or Bedtools?

Unfortunately not for these both packages. This has historical reasons because these packages are one of the first we created. Today we have established a best practice guide that states that only one tools should be in one repository.
