Question: Profile Annotations - Choose Tables to Use Error

I'm trying to use the Profile Annotations tool on the Galaxy Main server but when I go to select "Tables to Use" it says "No Data Available" and I'm unable to perform the analysis. Is this a server-side error or is there a dataset I need to be downloading to use for this?

First, make certain that the input dataset has a database assignment. Click on the pencil icon to reach the Edit Attributes form to add this in as needed.

Second and last, not all reference genomes are available for use with this tool. Most of those from UCSC are, excluding some of the newer builds. Genomes from other sources will not be.

Hopefully this helps to explain the tool usage, Jen, Galaxy team
