I'm trying to run DESeq2 on one factor with two levels and I get the follow error message:

Fatal error: An undefined error occurred, please check your input carefully and contact your administrator. Warning messages: 1: multiple methods tables found for 'arbind' 2: multiple methods tables found for 'acbind' 3: replacing previous import 'IRan

I'm running it on htseq-count files that were generated with the igenomes mm10 reference annotation. I'm not certain what I'm doing wrong. I'd appreciate anyone's input. Thanks.

Hi - That error message is mostly about warnings. The first thing is to double check your inputs.

If that all checks out, a bug report can be sent in if you are working at https://usegalaxy.org or if you can reproduce the problem there. Please leave all inputs/outputs undeleted and include a link to this post in the comments. How to: https://galaxyproject.org/issues/

Thanks, Jen, Galaxy tem
