Question: Profile annotation No table available

Dear all,

I have a bed file not annotated, and I would like to use the Operate on genomic interval / Profile annotation tool Unfortunately, I cannot select any table in the list, nothing appears. My bed is imported as bed file, hg19 build.

Is there something I miss please? Many thanks Regards Francois
