I set up a galaxy cloudman instance following the instruction on galaxy wiki ( https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/CloudMan#Detailed_steps). Everything looked normal until I tried to upload my data via FTP. I used Filezila. It reported something like "Error:Failed to retrieve directory listing". So I tested the instance with online ftp tester. First it shows " Error: Server refused FTP over TLS". So I changed the protocol to plain FTP. Then it shows " Error: Server returned unroutable private IP address in PASV reply".... I don't know what to do. Please help me.

Hello,
The FTP retrieval site must be public to use this function. Double check that as a first pass solution. Be sure to use passive FTP (not SFTP) when uploading data.
Best, Jen, Galaxy team
