I am new to bioinformatics. I am doing a online course from Jhon Hopkins University named 'Genomic Data Science with Galaxy'. So far this course seems a good resource to learn how to use Galaxy using amazon cloud computing facility. I opened a amazon web service(aws) account for free and set up everything the way course instructor instructed us to do. I have access key ID and access secret key from aws for using galaxy.
When i enter both key IDs into "https://usegalaxy.org/cloudlaunch/index" i am having an error from two days. The error as following:
Internal Server Error
Galaxy was unable to successfully complete your request
An error occurred.

I've been getting the same error since yesterday and was told that nobody can deal with it until around 4pm today
Has there been any update on this? I'm getting the same issue.
