Question: mycobacterium tuberculosis reference genome

Can we have mycobacterium tuberculosis H37rv genome in the reference genome list to map Illumina reads to a reference genome ? 

 

Accession number is NC_000962

Hello,

The quickest way to incorporate a smaller genome such as this is to use it as  Custom Reference Genome with tools. Just the fasta file is enough for many tasks, but you can go further with creating a "Custom Build" that will permit any tool/function use.

The server closed the connection without sending any data.

i use FileZila and it is connected.
