Hello,

This is not a full browser supported genome at UCSC. However, we can probably get the same genome they are using and include it (along with the other Macaca species).

  • macFas5 Macaca fascicularis Crab-eating macaque (at UCSC Test)
  • macNem-X Macaca nemestrina Pig-tailed macaque (not at UCSC Test, but used in phylogenetic)

Follow updates here (both have been added): https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy/issues/1470

Thanks, Jen, Galaxy team
