Question: Upload custom reference genome

We would like to know how to upload reference genome in my Galaxy account for the the species:

Leishmania infantum Leishmania donovani

Our purpose is to compare our reads data from lllumina with reference genome from NCBI genome file

In short: source the genome from NCBI, upload it to Galaxy, format it correctly, then use it with tools as a Custom Reference Genome.
