Question: My galaxy account has suddenly stopped processing. I can upload data, but a single command has been in queue / waiting to run for 48 hours now.

The account is only 23% full. What can cause this? I did show a student how to set up an account and uploaded my workflow, and I did that on my computer, but under his login. Would it be related to that? How can I re-activate my account?

What kind of jobs are you trying to run? Try running something simple like filter or trim (these simple jobs should run instantly, big jobs have to wait in the queue).
