Is there something wrong with the computing clusters? I submitted this job almost 48 hours ago and nothing has changed in the sidebar.

I'm wondering if this issue is because of something I did wrong on my end or if I need to simply be patient and wait for my job to run.....

I'm new to using Galaxy as well as Unicycler, so I wasn't sure.

Thanks, Curtis

Hello,

The problem with both Trinity and Unicyler jobs right now are server-side. We are working on the correction with our partners at PCS Bridges (who run the cluster these jobs run on).

Follow progress on updates here:

Thanks for reporting the problem! Jen, Galaxy team

Thanks for reporting the issue - we'll check the cluster status and get back to you. Thanks, Jen, Galaxy team

It does look like there is a cluster problem. Our admin is out today so it may be until Monday before this is fixed.

Tracking ticket with details: https://github.com/galaxyproject/usegalaxy-playbook/issues/152

That ticket will update once things are fixed and I'll also post back here and close this out once resolved.

Thanks for reporting the problem & please leave your jobs queued (do not delete/rerun). If our admin resets the cluster connection, the jobs will execute without any action on your part (usually!). This preserves your current placement in the queue.

The ticket has been updated, both Trinity and Unicycler were impacted, and this is what it states:

Update - the jobs should be successful now but we are still running a few more tests before closing this out.

If your original job failed with an error like:

> Remote job server indicated a problem running or monitoring this job

Please rerun it. The failure was likely due to small adjustments made during the correction.
