Hi Sonali, Assuming you mean within Galaxy itself, at the top of the Galaxy interface, mouse over "User" and choose "Logout". You may then log in as a different user by mousing over "User" and choosing "Login". You currently need Javascript enabled to be able to access these links, a limitation which should be removed soon. Although it should be noted that enabling Javascript greatly enhances the Galaxy interface in other ways. Mouse over "User" and choose "Register". Data is stored, by default, in files in the directory: galaxy_dist/database/files/ You can change this in universe_wsgi.ini. This depends on your operating system. I've just committed init scripts for Debian/Ubuntu, OS X and Solaris to the central repo. --nate
