Dear Sir/madam: I have 2 questions please:

1) I have WGS data that contains both human sequence and microbial sequence. How can I separate (extract) microbial sequence from human sequence. I am using Galaxy website tools.

2) How can separate (extract) plasmid sequence from bacterial chromosomal (genome) sequence? I am using a galaxy website tools.

Best regards Baha Abdalhamid

This recent publication is a good place to start for your first question (microbiome analysis in Galaxy):

Thanks, Jen, Galaxy team
