Question: how to Installing Tools into Galaxy from Tool Shed

I can't install tools from tool shed to my galaxy unless I become a admin user.

does that means I have to install my own Galaxy on my pc?

You cannot. Only admins can install tools to Galaxies. Also please create your own question next time.
