Dear colleagues,

It would be of great help if you could add to your reference genomes list the Hypsidius dujardini genome.

All the data are freely available in the webpage http://badger.bio.ed.ac.uk/H_dujardini/

Given the assembly status of this genome, it is probably best to upload it as a fasta sequence yourself and use it as custom reference genome/build. Once in a more finished state, and that version is published at NCBI, let us know and we can consider adding it as an indexed genome.
