Question: Unable to upload file via ftp

I am trying to upload fastq file using the FileZilla. However, it is giving errors while uploading. The connect fails after some time and complete file upload does not happen.

Kindly suggest the problem

Filezilla has a function that will allow you to "resume" a transfer when a network connection drops. This will avoid the need to start completely over. Why it is failing is most likely related to your internet connection speed and the size of the file. If it is large and takes a longer time to transfer, this can occur for some users.
