Question: Uploading Files To Main Galaxy At Psu

I'm trying to upload fastq files to the server. I have 52 fastq files, Two days ago I started with 8 of them. Two files were upload in the first hs, however after more than 48 hs the rest of the files are still trying to be uploaded. It is this normal? It is possible that the disk quota limit has been reached (250G per user), or that an upload method is being used that does not support the size of the files (you must use URL or FTP for data > 2G), or that the individual files are too large (50G maximum size per file). Upload help is in our wiki here: http://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Support#Trouble_loading_data But, this is quite a few files to be uploading for the analysis to be considered "moderate usage". It is very likely that once uploaded, you will experience additional delays when attempting to process this much data all at the same time using the public resource, as it is not really intended for that type of intensive use per-individual end user. But some of this does depend on how you manage the runs, download results, and how large the data is (inputs and outputs).
