I have 2 Htseq-count jobs that have been in the queue for about 2 days now and was wondering if there is an issue.

Hello,

There was a cluster issue over the weekend (Sunday) and all of the jobs that remained queued were restarted by our administrator. Most if not all have completed by now, or will soon (there was a bit of a backlog). Details: https://biostar.usegalaxy.org/p/29474/

It looks like you deleted your jobs and reran them today. This places them back at the end of the queue. It is best to allow queued jobs to remain queued. Going forward, when there is a suspected server problem, you can report it here and/or check if someone else has reported the problem and add in a comment that you are also having the same problem. If related to job delays, it is important to avoid rerunning -- this almost always results in further job delays.

For now, please leave your currently queued jobs queued until executed. The inputs look fine from a quick review. More details in these FAQs: https://galaxyproject.org/support/#datasets-and-histories

Thanks! Jen, Galaxy team

Thanks Jen. Sorry, I'll be more patient in the future, just excited to continue my analyses.
