Question: Issues with FTP access

I have issues with the FTP access to usegalaxy.org that started fairly recently.
At this point I tried Filezilla either under Windows 7 or Ubuntu 16, scp and lftp. I have problem accessing my account via http. Bellow is the error message I am getting with Filezilla either in Windows or linux. Needless to say ftp works just fine with several other unrelated ftp servers. The encryption was set to "Use explicit FTP over TLS if available"
Any suggestions will be very much appreciated.

Command: MLSD
Error: The data connection could not be established: ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server
Would you please test the following:
Reset Filezilla so that all default settings are in place. FTP, passive mode and no other changes (this is the default). The connection is still secure and a server security certificate will still pop-up and need to be approved.
The server address can simply be: usegalaxy.org
Your username is the registered email for your account at https://usegalaxy.org and your password is the same as when logging in through the GUI (website).
We are trying to gather information to see if PCs or other operating systems have a specific problem with using settings away from the default. And trying to determine if default Filezilla setting are really a solution for those using a PC.
Thanks! Jen, Galaxy team
