Question: (Closed) Workflows claim to be successfully invoked after submission but never appear in history

I'm really trying to report an immediate usability issue but can't find a way to do that. For multiple days now no workflows are executing. I can otherwise use galaxy tools successfully but when I execute any of my workflows, it says successfully submitted but the jobs never appear in my history...refresh, logout, nothing helps

Hi team,
I too getting the below error, can you please address it at the earliest?
Successfully invoked workflow Workflow constructed from history 'primary tumor'.
You can check the status of queued jobs and view the resulting data by refreshing the History pane, if this has not already happened automatically.
