Question: Trying to install and run Ballgown on AWS Galaxy instance

I am trying to install and run Ballgown on my private AWS galaxy instance for RNA-seq differential expression analysis. I have installed the package_ballgown_1_0_3 from the tool shed and ballgown is listed under tool dependencies. I am fairly new to galaxy. How do I go about getting this tool to run? It doesn't appear in the tool sidebar. Thanks in advance
