Try NCBI. Once you know the study/accession numbers, the data can be loaded to Galaxy with tools in the group NCBI SRA Tools.

Other data sources/tool are in the tool group Get Data.

And any fastq or reference data used with RNA-seq workflows can be uploaded to Galaxy with the Upload tool.
