Hi I will use galaxy for RNA-seq analysis I start to upload the raw data FatQ file I will reach the limit soon and I still have extra files to upload is it possible to increase the data space? do you have an alternative? best Christophe

Options (all, and more, are covered in the FAQ above):
Do the analysis in stages, purging/perm deleting initial and intermediate datasets as you work
If the work is for an academic project, and you are working at https://usegalaxy.org, more space can be requested. (How to is explained in the FAQ's last section.)
If the work in at another public server, you could contact them and find out what the policy is for account quota increases.
Consider moving to your own Galaxy with more resources.
