Question: Why can't I view the FastQC Read Quality report in my analyze data section on usegalaxy.org?

I have previously ran some Read Quality reports for which I was able to view the webpage html file and assess the quality of the RNA-seq reads file. However, at the moment I am not able to view this quality control data. While I am able to look at the Raw data TXT files I cannot view the webpage html file in usegalaxy.org. Could this be related to the forthcoming 16.04 release?
