Question: Issue extracting workflow

Hi,

I am getting the following error code when I try to extract my workflow. My workflow uses FASTAQC, MultiQC, Unicycler, Quast and Prokka.

I can reproduce this error. For right now, uncheck the tool Quast as it is presenting with a technical problem during workflow extraction. Or, you can wait for the correction.
